1.Purpose<\/h2>\n

  1. 1.1<\/span>\u00a0Nevro Corp. and its affiliates (collectively, \u201cNevro<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cwe<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cus<\/strong>\u201d) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Applicant Privacy Notice (\u201cNotice<\/strong>\u201d) aims to give job applicants (\u201cApplicants<\/strong>\u201d) of Nevro, information on how their personal data (i.e., information which directly or indirectly identifies an applicant) (\u201cPersonal Data<\/strong>\u201d) is processed by Nevro when they apply for a role or vacancy with Nevro.<\/li>\n
  2. 1.2<\/span>\u00a0This Notice shares information about the types of Personal Data we collect, how we may use or disclose it, and how we maintain its security.<\/li>\n
  3. 1.3<\/span>\u00a0If you are applying for a role with a Nevro entity in the EU or the UK, that entity is the controller with respect to your Personal Data. The contact details for each Nevro employing entity are set out in Annex I below.<\/li>\n
  4. 1.4<\/span>\u00a0If you are a California resident, this notice also informs you of your rights, and how you may exercise them, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (\u201cCCPA\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2.Processing of Personal Data<\/h2>\n

    1. 2.1<\/span>\u00a0Nevro will process Personal Data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations (\u201cData Privacy Requirements<\/strong>\u201d). If Applicants do not provide certain information when requested, we may not be able to process the application successfully, or we may be prevented from complying with our legal obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3.Sources of Personal Data<\/h2>\n

      1. 3.1<\/span>\u00a0In the 12 months preceding the date of this Notice, we collected Personal Data through the application and recruitment process, either directly from an Applicant or indirectly via recruitment agencies. Nevro may sometimes collect additional information from third parties such as referrers, background check providers, any LinkedIn account that may be maintained by the Applicant, and other information from publicly available sources.<\/li>\n
      2. 3.2<\/span>\u00a0Our recruitment efforts are not directed to minors under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of minors, including minors under 16 years of age.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
